- Real-time synchronization across devices

3. User Accounts & Access
- Users must create an account to access Taxlink's services
- Account credentials must be kept confidential and secure
- Users are responsible for all activities under their account
- Immediate notification required for any unauthorized access
4. Data Security & Privacy
- All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- Regular security audits and compliance checks
- Data backup and recovery procedures in place

5. Service Availability
